Kristy Dinnegan
Kristy Dinnegan is an experienced transactional attorney who advises clients through every stage of a deal — from structuring and preparing letters of intent and term sheets to drafting definitive agreements, leading negotiations, and closing transactions. She also counsels clients on post-closing matters. Clients rely on her practical approach and ability to efficiently guide transactions from initial concept through successful completion.
Kristy’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases and sales, debt and equity financings, and the preparation of legal opinions. Kristy also advises on a wide range of commercial agreements, including software-as-a-service agreements, licensing agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, and joint venture arrangements, as well as entity formation and governance matters.
Kristy has significant experience managing transactions involving large and small teams, including coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Several transactions she has led to closing have received prestigious “Deal of the Year” awards.
Prior to founding her practice, Kristy practiced at several international law firms, where she progressed through the ranks and was promoted to partner in 2014.
Kristy graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 2001, where she served as Senior Class President. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2004. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and was named to the “Top Women Attorneys in New York” list published by Super Lawyers.
Outside of her practice, Kristy enjoys swimming, skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
